The **Generic Template** in waatee allows you to display rich messages (image + title + buttons) that lead into actions such as subscription flows or further interactions.

This use case demonstrates how to:

- Trigger a bot via a keyword or more.
- Display a Generic Template with an image and call-to-action,
- Subscribe the user to an RCN (Recurring Notification) topic,
