Create a WhatsApp Template in waatee for WP Elementor Form #

  • Go to WhatsApp Bot Manager from waatee Dashboard
  • Then Select Bot > Whatsapp template > Create template
  • From the template creation, input the required fiend
    • Template Name: Give a suitable name for your template (only lowercase letters and underscore are allowed.)
    • Category: Select a category (e.g., Marketing, Utility, etc)
    • Locale: Select a language for your template
    • Message body: Write your message here. You can use the variables and custom field information inside your message. (e.g., “Hi {{1}}, thanks for signing up!”)
    • Footer: You can add your brand name here (optional)
    • Button: You can add buttons if needed (optional, For adding buttons you have to create bot flow. Also you can add action buttons. )
    • Save: Submit for Meta approval by saving your template
  • As you can see our created template has been added now press the sync template button for approval.
  • After synchronizing the template it will be approved and we can use it

⏳ With the sync button it will approved in few minute. For any difficulties it may take up to 24–48 hours.
      

Create a WhatsApp Flow (Optional but Recommended) #

  • Go to Bot Manager → Create new flow
  • Use the drag-and-drop builder to design your flow
  • Add fields like (name, email, service preference, etc.)
  • Save and publish the flow
